PBAP Delete CallLog

Add account's hashcode into calllog table. Check ContentResolver
before delete CallLog.

Test: Pair two phones with car kit.
      Disconnect one of them and check call history.
      Reboot carkit.
      Check log if there is any PBAP fatal exception.
