Bluetooth: Fix for auto-reconnect failure with certain BT headset

Fix for auto-connect IOT issue with MotoHT820.DUT fails to auto
reconnect most of the times with after BT off/on, due to DUT busy
in inquiry process. Cancel inquiry during auto-connect to
resolve the issue
