Improvements in system update page

Backported changes from Android S. This mr includes multiple changes in System update page which are
- Adds current version at top so as to make it clear that header has the current version
- Changes no new update found text from
No new updates found. To manually check for new updates, use the Refresh button.toYou are running the latest /e/OS version. To manually check for updates, use the Refresh button. - Removes padding from last checked line in header so as to make it consistent with other text
- Adds available update title above the update list so as to make it clear.
