Avoid DisplayController.currentSize from being stuck at wrong value 

- Update Info when perDisplayBounds has changed
- Add more detailed logging to displayInfo, realBounds and perDisplayBounds
- Add perDisplayBounds to dumpsys and replace supportedBounds
