Merge changes I2af1792e,Ice314d46,Ib17d4a5e into sc-dev 

* changes:
  Invert StateAnimationConfig.PLAY_ANIMATION as SKIP_ALL_ANIMATIONS
  Remove Overview atomic animation support
  In 2 button mode, animate to HINT_STATE instead of OVERVIEW directly
