Fix 1.5x layout values

Some of the values in the 1.5x scale layout dimens were incorrect. This
fixes them so that they are correctly roughly 1.5x the 1.0x dimens while
still being aligned to the 4 dp grid.

Test: Test on walleye_svelte, more closely aligns mocks
