4634-R-Disable_multiple_color_choose_for_custom_theme

Description

In ~Settings app's Styles & Wallpapers's Custom Theme option, multiple colors are present as the accent color. As discussed in https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/backlog/-/issues/4510#note_144391, we want to disable these options except for default color for now.

Test environment

Pipeline build against 4634-R-Disable_multiple_color_choose_for_custom_theme FEATURE_BRANCH & v1-r BRANCH_NAME

Test procedures

1. Go to settings
2. Go to display
3. Turn darker theme off or on
4. Go to styles and wallpapers.
5. Go to style
6. Create custom
7. Go through setup until you get to color
8. Check color options. There should be single option of color default
