Correct wallpaper preview logging

- Wallpaper "preview" and "apply" logging are called by
logIndividualWallpaperSelected() and logWallpaperSet() separately.
Its collectionId should be aligned at the same parameter.

- Correct parameter position in logIndividualWallpaperSelected().
