Fix settings homescreen for tablets
Description
Fixes settings home screen for tablets by doing 3 changes
- Changing background on left panel to match the right panel
- Fixes icon not being visible for the setting that is currently selected
- Changes the selected setting highlight background to our accent color with 20% alpha so that the text is visible
