697-r-Recalculate_accountType_sorting

Description

After updating murena account type name, the account type is not placed on the top of the add account & logged in account lists. This MR puts the murena accounts on top of these lists.

Tests

1. go to /e/OS Settings -> account -> add new account. Murena.io & Murena.io Address Book are on top of the list.
2. Add various types of accounts (murena, google, etc), and go to /e/OS Settings -> account. Check the account list. Murena accounts are on top of the list.
