Settings: themes: Let remote preferences inherit O Settings styles

 * LineagePartsPreference extends RemotePreference (which in turn
   has preferenceScreenStyle attribute) and it's used by us to replace
   AOSP settings. If its style is not updated, then all our remote prefs
   will show up at the leftmost position, which is not consistent
   with the rest of the Settings UI.
