Bluetooth: Fix autoconnect - OPP/FTP connection interference

Modified local device manager to not autoconnect headset connection upon
successful completion of bonding. Instead, all profiles are set to preferred
so that on phone power up or BT enable, autoconnect will connect to both HF and
A2DP by default.
