Tweak the theme and style for TextInputLayout

1. The cursor align viewStart
2. Support Dark/Light theme
3. Add ic_lock_expressive with colorAccent
4. Adjust layout choose_lock_password_expressive
   to prevent the bottom message overlay FooterButtons
5. Adapt correct theme color for ic_lock icon
