Reworked layouts and settings to allow diferent button positions.
NOTE: Widget instance settings not compatible with older version.
New settings allow to move buttons and shall be the final structure.
Added layout to show "Not Configured. Please add again" if instance not compatible with current version

Fix: Limit the buttons that can be selected to the ones on the layout (10)

Visual Improvement: Remove "Toggle" from the text for buttons options.

2171 - Corrected vibrate. Was  missing needed setting
