Settings: Exception when press chart with both lines for large number

Caused by when set data limit and data warning for large number,
because these large number has exceed the maximum Integer, so the
system considered as a negative value, and will throw
IllegalArgumentException.

Set a maximum value for data limit and data warning line, if
exceed the maximum value, will set the maximum value as both line
value.
