Fixed auto confirm pin not working

In the old onboadring UI, when entering screen lock setting page, there
is no confirm lock required. So we need to request confirm lock when
users toggle the auto-confirm button.

With the new UI(moved to ChooseLockGeneric), the ChooseLockGeneric will
request the confirm lock so we can directly update auto-confirm unlock
settings value.

Test: manual - go settings -> device unlock -> screen lock
             - set > 6 digits pin
	     - toggle auto-confirm unlock
