Settings: Settings force close when disconnect connected AP

When using iterator to traverse the collection, the iterated
object is modified, cause ConcurrentModificationException.

When traverse the collection, create a list to store the objects
that need to be ignored accesspoint, after traversing, then call
removeAll method to remove the created list.
