Setting: Remove unneeded strings

This commit removes the unneeded strings which were
removed in this (http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/30909/)
commit.

                * remove the dot from somd
                  disabled strings

Patch Set 3-5:	* remove code changes
                * remove another dot
