Use accessibilityLiveRegion for ConfirmLockPassword/Pattern errorText 

- Revert previous "Add announceForAccessibility to ConfirmLockPattern";
- Add android:accessibilityLiveRegion="polite" for errorText in
  ConfirmLockPassword/Pattern;
