Settings (Status Bar): Dedup strings

This dedups the strings that were added from the Circle Battery
option and adds back the localized strings that were deleted from
the same commit. ( http://review.cyanogenmod.com/#/c/24735/ )
Also revised some strings as per the request of David van Tonder.
