es_ES: Update spanish translations 

PatchSet 2-3:  Restore AOSP header

PatchSet   4:  Replace double quotes to angle quotes
               (http://www.rae.es guidelines)

PatchSet   5:  Navigation Quick launch translations

PatchSet   6:  Volume tile

PatchSet   7:  Revert to AOSP strings, except fixed translations approved
