Settings: Redo "Good news, `encryptable=footer` is broken"

* qpr1 changed this to two separate views to switch between
* Apply The relevant parts again and adjust them...
  - by setting the font size the same as the text above
  - by using the same margin
  - by skipping the reordering (not necessary anymore)
