LineageParts: Some fixes

* Remove unused code and namespaces
* Rework deprecated code
* Fix a few warnings (mainly possible NPEs for
  getActivity() and getContext())
* Adjust copyrights - we don't want a list, but ranges - see
  https://epiphany.law/articles/copyright/copyright-dates-single-year-or-range
