3569-Q-Timeline_background_not_update_issue
Description
Timeline title time & photo count bar's colors are not updating with theme change instantly. Need to restart Gallery app to effect to take place.

Test environment
Build apk against 3569-Q-Timeline_background_not_update_issue FEAUTURE_BRANCH & v1-q BRANCH_NAME. Install apk on device.
Test procedures
Open Gallery app. Open timeline tab page. Check color of timeline title bar's background & text color. Switch theme from light to dark mode. Again check timeline title bar's colors.
