Gallery2: Sort media by DATE_ADDED 

* Android 10 MediaStore changes broke sorting by DATE_TAKEN.
  For example, screenshots do not contain the DATE_TAKEN field,
  so the pictures end up unsorted at the bottom of the gallery.
* Work around https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/149515829
  in our app until MediaStore is properly fixed.
