Revert "Remove application/SDP from Gallery2's ACTION_VIEW and REVIEW filters."

This reverts commit 3a89bdf9.

Reason for revert: Breaks CDD, this was not supposed to be merged outside the AOSP "master" branch. Android 10 gallery is still supposed to handle application/SDP
