[FM] There is a pop noise when tapping stop button to resume playing

Launch FM and play -> Tap stop button to stop playing
-> Tap stop button to resume playing -> Check the audio
when tapping stop button in step 3, there is a pop noise
when tapping start button to resume playing.

The fix is to check if it needs to ignore first three frames
of audio data from AudioRecord to avoid pop noise.
