Eleven: More fixes and warnings

* onActivityCreated is deprecated
* PendingIntent needs mutability-flag
* Add contentDescriptions
* Make more variables final
* LruCache: There is plenty of dead code, remove that
* Remove more unused imports
* Remove CacheListeners, they are unused
