Remove all TextAppearance.DeviceDefault.

Replace with TextAppearance.Material + fontFamily. Theoretically they
should be the same based on definitions in
frameworks/base/core/res/res/values/styles_device_defaults.xml, but
DeviceDefault is a hidden resource and seems to be causing OEM Tablet
devices abnormal font size.
