Fix ArchivesProviderTest#testOpen_Failure().

1) Not to send out notification if the archive is already released;
2) Change the zip file used in testOpen_ClosesOnRelease() to a valid
zip file;
3) Add special case for archives that fail to load in Loader#release();
4) Some clean up in ArchivesProviderTest.
