Fixed some bugs in NUI search.

 - Nearby places promo now displays properly
 - Dialpad now properly handles dial intents
 - placing calls from search now closes search
 - placing calls from search now closes the keyboard
 - toolbar shadow is now visible when search is started
   from the dialpad.
