IMS-VT: Fix issue of screen timing out after orientation change 

During activity recreation on orientation change, InCallActivity
instance is not updated in InCallPresenter when screen
timeout is being disabled. To fix this, enable/disable screen
timeout using activity instance retrieved from VideoCallFragment.
