CallDetailActivity respect display name order

- Updated the CallDetailActivity to choose whether to show last name first
or first name first based on user preferences.
- Modified callLog code to behave in a similar fashion
- Fixed bug in ContactInfoHelperTests
- Rename PhoneCallDetails.name -> PhoneCallDetails.namePrimary
