Dialer: Remove some static java libraries

* com.android.vcard is unused
* libbackup was used - but in unused code, which is also removed here
* zxing: Was used for barcode generation - simply existed for
  TMO USA. Make it the same for everyone: no barcodes
  * Also remove the decimal + hex variants (only VZW)
