Unbundled build fixes for tests

Build tests against current SDK. Use android-support-test instead of
android.test.runner. Temporarily disable ContextMenuBuilder tests.
Use internal copy of LaunchPerformanceBase. Use reflection to call
CursorLoader.waitForLoader. Make local copy of
android.provider.CallLog.addCall.
