Description
On lockScreen, background color of Timer Expired page is not correct. Make full background color same as color_default_background

Pipeline build apk against 3948-P-Fix_timer_background_color_issue FEATURE_BRANCH and v1-pie BRANCH_NAME
Test procedures
Open timer app. Set a timer. Lock screen. Wait for timer to be expired. When expired, the expired timer page will be shown. Check the background color of the screen.
