The snoozed background has an inconsistent background. Make the background color same as window background

Test environment
Build apk against 3870-P-snoozed_background_color_issue FEATURE_BRANCH & v1-pie BRANCH_NAME.
Test procedures
Setup an alarm. Wait for alarm goes off. When alarm triggered, click on the notification, swipe to snooze button. The snoozed text will be popped up. Check background color of the textView. It should be same as the window background.
