3808-P- Forcefully enable dark-mode And update color codes

Description

Always open Clock app in dark-mode. Also update some view colors (ex: remove digital widget background, update clockCircle view non-completed color, update back button color, add haptic feedback in setting items click event)

• Build app against 3808-P-Forcefully_enable_dark_mode FEATURE_BRANCH and v1-pie BRANCH_NAME

Test procedures

set theme to light-mode. Open clock app, check app is still in dark-mode. navigate through app check all color codes.
