Change background color of dismiss and snooze screens

According to this comment: e/backlog#2671 (comment 82673), this will change the colors of the background of two screens:

snooze --> red

dismiss --> light blue

Test procedures

  1. Setup an alarm. 2 When alarm notification pops up click on it to get alarm screen. 3a Swipe left for snoozing an alarm and check background color on a snooze screen (expected: red). 3b Swipe right for dismissing an alarm and check background color on a dismiss screen (expected: light blue).
