Fixed a bunch of issues in the add/edit alarm.

Some of the issues are triggered after a rotation

5239061 Remove time item (there's already a time picker on screen)
5239214 Show correct time in time picker when editing
5102407 Do not save a new alarm on rotate
Do not show toast when enable alarm is checked or time changed
Show toast only when the user clicks OK
Revert properly after rotate
Revert on back
