Added support to import/export VCF V4.

Tests

  • Make a build with FEATURE_BRANCH set for any device:

    • FEATURE_BRANCH: 5674-q-vcf4

  • Try importing these file in older build and newer one

  • Try exporting in vCard in VCF 2.1/3.0/4.0
