Add material text sms icon.

+ Add ic_textsms_24dp.png.
+ Change shortcut reference to use new icon.
- Remove badge_action_sms.png (replaced).
- Remove ic_text_holo_dark.png (unused).

After this CL, the text sms icon may be used for a SMS shortcut in
the search list in Dialer.
