Phone will auto reboot when click message in contact

when no video icon display in contact

Thread loop running all the time even exited the activity.
blocked the MessageQueue and DB opened moretime,caused
reoot/contact force close/mms icon not response

change the VTCapability's init value. keep the thread
running one time when go into the QuickContactActivity.
