Disable delete and unlink in editor

They currently work on a Contact level, so that functionality
has been moved to QuickContact.
They'll be re-enabled once they're raw contact based.
The attached bugs are tracking that effort.

Also disable link. That also makes more sense to live in
QuickContact since you're linking another Contact.
