Dialer: Fix initial state for t9 sort mode

On a fresh install, t9 dialer will match by name, but preferences
has match by number selected as default. Fix this by setting default
to match by name.

Also change uppercase S in "Sorting" to lowercase, to maintain
consistency with rest of system.
