Show favorites in main contact list (2/2)

Turn off showing favorites for now, until tabs are removed.

Tested various lists using the Contacts Test APK (AllIntentsActivity).

Also tested in the following cases:
1. search contacts
2. work profile
3. other system language (Chinese)
4. more than 10,000 contacts
5. Dialer
