CMFileManager: RU translation

PS2: Update some translation
PS3: took this commit over, updated A LOT of translations
PS4: replaced "Root mode" with "Superuser" -- looks a lot better
     for russian language. Added translation for preview settings.
PS5: updated some more strings. Slowly moving to a state when the
     translation is perfect :)
PS6: fixed a whitespace error
