StorageAPI ListCommand mimics other consoles

ListCommand is used throughout the code to make sure a delete worked.
(If ListCommand returns successful the delete obviously failed)
Wrap the no results log in isTrace so it can be easily enabled later.
Throw the expected error much like all other console do for Listcommand.
