audio: hal and post_proc KW and misc fixes

- KWBUG-811 fixes for NULL check and correct
pointer dereferece in HAL and post_proc

- KWBUG-813, KWBUG-883 fixes for strtok,
strcpy, strncpy strcat, strncat etc.
