hal: send usecase specific device calibration

In voice-call case, audio HAL sends SND_DEVICE_OUT_SPEAKER calibration
even when device is not speaker.

Check for usecase and set correct acdb id to set correct device specific
calibration.

Also, select correct device if speaker protection is enabled.
